Industry Groups

The primary purpose of Industry Groups is to open communication lines between related businesses for the exchange of credit information.


The Industry Group Department serves 45 credit groups consisting of credit executives in the same or allied businesses, selling to common accounts. Over 35% of NACM GLR's members belong to one or more of these groups. Group members must be willing to take an active role with the groups by attending meetings and contributing information to the group.

 

NACM GLR staff serves the group by compiling factual credit information submitted by group members for discussion at the meeting. NACM GLR professionals are present at all meetings to strictly monitor and enforce compliance with Antitrust Laws.
